Use of service

1. General Use: Customers are permitted to use StealthRDP's services, including Remote Desktop Protocols (RDPs), Virtual Private Servers (VPS), and web hosting solutions, for lawful purposes as intended under these Terms and Conditions. The services are to be used in a manner that is consistent with the intended purpose and should not interfere with the use and enjoyment of others. 2. Permitted Activities: You may use our services to conduct business, personal, and organizational activities provided they are legal, ethical, and in accordance with these terms. 3. Prohibited Activities: As part of our commitment to providing a high-quality and lawful service environment, StealthRDP enforces a strict policy against the following activities: ~ Engaging in behaviors that could lead to a Spamhaus listing. ~ Establishing or operating phishing or scam sites, including but not limited to impersonation of entities such as eBay, PayPal, or any schemes involving credit card or password fraud. ~ Carding, fraud, or any other financial crime activities. ~ Conducting network scanning or port scanning activities. ~ Hosting, distributing, or running malicious scripts intended for hacking, initiating DDoS attacks, or any other unlawful intrusion activities. ~ Participating in or facilitating DDoS/DoS attacks. ~ Engaging in the dissemination, hosting, or promotion of child pornography or similar exploitative content. ~ Operating botnets, Remote Administration Tools (RATs), or any related malicious activities. ~ Consequences of Violation: ~ Any breach of these terms will lead to immediate service suspension without backups. Depending on the severity of the breach, StealthRDP reserves the right to close your customer account and terminate all associated active services. 4. Abuse Notifications: StealthRDP retains the right to suspend or terminate your services without prior notice upon receipt of abuse complaints. Our decision will be based on the nature of the complaint and the evidence provided. 5. Bandwidth Usage Policy ~ Allocated Bandwidth: Usage is confined to the limits specified on the product page. ~ Fair Share Policy: We operate a fair share policy to ensure service quality for all users. Excessive use of bandwidth that affects others is not permitted. ~ Usage Monitoring: We monitor usage to prevent network congestion and maintain service quality. ~ Consequences of Excessive Use: Excessive usage may result in bandwidth throttling, service suspension, or mandatory upgrades at additional costs. ~ Remedial Actions: Repeated overuse after warnings may lead to service termination. ~ Bandwidth Reports: Customers can request bandwidth usage reports from our support team. ~ Compliance with this policy is mandatory for continued use of StealthRDP services. By using StealthRDP's services, you agree to adhere to the above usage policy. Any misuse of the service will be addressed promptly and may result in immediate termination of services and legal action where necessary.

Termination of Service

1. Right to Terminate: StealthRDP reserves the right to suspend or terminate your service with immediate effect for any breach of these Terms and Conditions, including, but not limited to, non-payment of fees, violation of the Acceptable Use Policy, or any illegal activities. 2. User-Initiated Termination: You may terminate your service with StealthRDP at any time. However, please be aware that according to our non-refundable policy, you may not be eligible for a refund upon termination. 3. Notification of Termination: In the event of termination by StealthRDP, we will endeavor to provide you with prior notice. However, in cases of serious violations, termination may be immediate and without notice. 4. Data Retention Post-Termination: Upon termination, your data may be retained or deleted in accordance with our data retention policy. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure that their data is appropriately backed up. 5. Outstanding Payments: Any outstanding balances owed to StealthRDP must be settled upon termination of service. Failure to do so may result in legal action. 6. Effect of Termination: Termination will result in the immediate cessation of access to the service and the forfeiture of any data stored on StealthRDP servers. 7. Reinstatement: Reinstatement of terminated services is at the discretion of StealthRDP and may require the settlement of outstanding balances and a commitment to correct previous violations. 8. Eligibility for Refund: If an issue originates from our end and remains unresolved despite our efforts, customers are eligible for a refund. This is calculated based on the remaining service days from the date of our last communication acknowledging the inability to resolve the issue. However, refunds or replacements are not granted if the customer is unable to integrate the solution provided by our support team. The service remains active until the end of the current billing period in such cases. 9. Illegal Activities and Repeated Abuse: Any involvement in illegal activities will result in the immediate suspension of the server. If abuse is received a second time, the customer's account, including all associated servers, will be permanently terminated. Repeated abuse or violations of our Terms and Conditions will lead to the permanent closure of the customer's account. Such termination will be final, with no possibility of reinstatement. By using StealthRDP’s services, you acknowledge and agree to these termination terms.

Payment Terms

1. Accepted Payment Method: StealthRDP accepts only cryptocurrency and Card Payment as a form of payment for all services. 2. Cryptocurrency Transactions: Customers are responsible for transaction fees and sending the correct amount. Transactions must be completed within the invoice timeframe. 3. Future Payment Methods: Should additional payment methods be introduced, they will adhere to these terms unless otherwise specified. 4. Payment Obligations: Full upfront payment is required. Delayed payment may lead to service suspension or termination. 5. Non-Refundable: Payments to StealthRDP are non-refundable. In exceptional cases of internal issues leading to service downtime, compensations or refunds may be issued equitably, but these do not cover personal damages. Services are to be provided within 24 hours of payment; should service delivery exceed this timeframe, customers are eligible to request a refund. This refund option is invalidated once the service is utilized. Refunds are granted only once per service and are not applicable after 24 hours of service usage or for dissatisfaction-related cancellations. Importantly, any refunds processed will be credited back exclusively to the customer's site wallet with StealthRDP. Direct cryptocurrency refunds are strictly prohibited and will not be provided under any circumstances. 6. Transaction Confirmations: Service activation follows the minimum required confirmations for the respective cryptocurrency, which can vary in time. StealthRDP is not responsible for blockchain delays. 7. Crypto Gateway Payment Terms: All payments processed through our site are handled via our designated crypto gateway, coinPayment. When making a payment, please note that all associated fees are the responsibility of the payer. You must send the exact amount—or a slightly higher amount—as displayed on the payment page; sending any lower amount than specified will be considered an incomplete payment, requiring the client to complete the payment again or request a refund through the gateway. The coinPayment gateway reserves the right to deduct any applicable fees, and StealthRDP is not responsible for refunds or fee adjustments made by the gateway. If you experience any issues with your payment, please contact the coinPayment support team directly using the email provided in your transaction confirmation. 8. Changes to Payment Terms: StealthRDP may revise these terms with immediate effect, communicated in advance to customers. By making a payment, you accept these terms.

User Responsibilities

1. Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account credentials. Any activities under the account are the user's responsibility. Promptly inform StealthRDP of any unauthorized use of your account. 2. Compliance with Laws: Users must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms and Conditions when using StealthRDP services. This includes, but is not limited to, adhering to copyright, data protection, and anti-abuse laws. 3. Acceptable Use: Adhere to the acceptable use policy as outlined in the 'Use of Service' section. Any misuse or unethical behavior may result in suspension or termination of services. 4. Data Management: Users are responsible for backing up their data. StealthRDP is not liable for any data loss or corruption. 5. Service Usage: Use the services provided for lawful, intended purposes. Any illegal or unauthorized use of the services is strictly prohibited. 6. Communication: Maintain respectful and professional communication with StealthRDP staff and other users. Abusive or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. 7. Reporting Issues: Report any service-related issues or vulnerabilities to StealthRDP promptly to allow for timely resolutions. 8. Resource Usage: Use the provided resources (like bandwidth and storage) responsibly, ensuring fair usage as per the terms outlined in the 'Bandwidth Usage Policy'. 9. Updates and Notifications: Keep your contact information up to date and respond to notifications or inquiries from StealthRDP in a timely manner. 10. We have Weekly Backups for Disaster Recovery But Please DO NOT use your server as a storage server for really important data. There is always a chance of servers being unresponsive or having hardware issues. Do regularly backups, this is really important. We are not able to restore files, if for example, the server has any hardware issues. It's your job to keep your data alive. By creating an account and using StealthRDP’s services, you accept these responsibilities and agree to adhere to them as part of our service agreement.
