StealthRDP's Right to Terminate Services:

StealthRDP holds the right to suspend or terminate your services immediately for any breach of our Terms and Conditions. This includes, but is not limited to, non-payment of fees, violations of the Acceptable Use Policy, or engagement in illegal activities. Our commitment to maintaining a secure and compliant environment for all users underpins this policy.

User-Initiated Termination Procedures:

As a StealthRDP user, you have the freedom to terminate your service at any time. However, under our non-refundable policy, you may not be eligible for a refund upon service termination.

Notification Protocol for Service Termination:

In instances where StealthRDP initiates the termination, we strive to provide prior notice. Nevertheless, in cases of serious violations, we may have to enforce immediate termination without prior notice to preserve service integrity.

Data Management Post-Termination:

Following service termination, your data handling will align with our data retention policy. Users are responsible for ensuring their data is adequately backed up prior to termination.

Settlement of Outstanding Payments:

Any outstanding payments to StealthRDP must be resolved upon service termination. Neglecting this responsibility could lead to legal repercussions.

Implications of Service Termination:

Termination results in the immediate loss of access to our services and potential data loss stored on our servers. Prompt data backup is essential to prevent data loss.

Conditions for Service Reinstatement:

Reinstating terminated services is subject to StealthRDP’s discretion and may necessitate clearing outstanding dues and a pledge to rectify any previous breaches.

Refund Eligibility in Exceptional Circumstances:

If service issues originate from our end and remain unresolved, customers may qualify for a prorated refund. This is calculated based on the unused service period. However, refunds are not applicable in cases where the customer cannot integrate solutions provided by our support team. Services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle in such scenarios.
