StealthRDP exclusively accepts cryptocurrencies for all our Remote Desktop Protocol, Virtual Private Server, and Web Hosting services. This payment method aligns with our commitment to offering secure and innovative digital solutions.
Cryptocurrency Transactions: User Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for covering any transaction fees and ensuring the correct amount is sent for each payment. All cryptocurrency transactions must be completed within the specified invoice timeframe to avoid service disruptions.
Introduction of Future Payment Methods
In the future, should StealthRDP introduce additional payment methods, they will be integrated into our existing payment terms unless stated otherwise.
Payment Obligations: Timely and Upfront Payments
Services require full payment upfront. Any delays in payment may result in the suspension or termination of services, emphasizing the importance of timely financial commitments.
Non-Refundable Payments with Conditional Exceptions
All payments made to StealthRDP are non-refundable. However, in rare cases of internal issues causing significant service downtime, compensations or refunds may be considered. These are limited to specific scenarios and do not extend to cover personal damages. Services are typically delivered within 24 hours of payment. If delivery exceeds this period, customers may request a refund, which becomes void once the service is utilized. Refunds are limited to one per service and are not valid after 24 hours of service usage or for dissatisfaction-related cancellations. Any refunds are credited to the customer's site wallet with StealthRDP, with direct cryptocurrency refunds being explicitly prohibited.
Transaction Confirmations and Service Activation
Service activation is contingent on receiving the minimum required confirmations for the respective cryptocurrency. Delays in blockchain confirmations are beyond StealthRDP's control, and we are not liable for such delays.
Amendments to Payment Terms
StealthRDP reserves the right to revise these payment terms. Any changes will be communicated to our customers in advance.
